Question
will a 17" wide DVD player fit in the glass door compartment.
I see no specific dimension of any of the compartments....drawers, bookcase, etc.

Yes...the width of the shelf inside the door is 17 3/4 inches...I went to the store and measured it myself.

This depends on the size of your cable box and set up. There is ventilation, but no cord management.

Looking for the Haverty's Cape Cod entertainment center in a distressed white finish...cottage shutter style doors and a shelf at the bottom.
Please help me find this item of tell me how I can get a picture of it. The local store says it is discontinued. Who manufactures this?

The top of my unit is open with the exposed wires from the lights. You can't place anything on top of the unit. Is this supposed to be this way?

Yes, it is designed this way. Most entertainment centers are open on the top. Some customers have used books to assist with display.

This collection does contain MDF. It is used on the top panel, back panel, shelves and drawer fronts. Solid wood is used on the front frame, top back rail, bottom back rail, sides and back drawer panels and all moldings.
