The sides of this file cabinet are made with MDF with a wood veneer. MDF is made from wood fibers and is dense, durable and smooth. It is resistant to warping, cracking and splitting providing longevity to furniture.

There is anti-tip hardware available for this piece that will attach it to the wall. But there isn't a stopper to only allow one drawer to open at a time.
